Renee Price, LCSW

Clinical Therapist

I believe healing begins when you feel safe, seen, and truly understood. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed care, creating a space where your experiences are met with compassion, curiosity, and respect—never judgment. I combine evidence-based therapies with genuine human connection so you always know you have a supportive partner walking alongside you.

Whether you’re coping with trauma/PTSD, anxiety, cancer/chronic illness relationship challenges, grief, or major life transitions, therapy is tailored to your unique story, needs, and pace. Together, we’ll work to build resilience, restore a sense of balance, and help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been lost through difficult experiences—one step, and one conversation, at a time.

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a structured form of psychotherapy designed to help individuals process and heal from traumatic or distressing experiences. EMDR does not require clients to talk in detail about their trauma but instead uses bilateral stimulation to help the brain reprocess memories in a way that reduces their emotional charge. Over time, EMDR can help clients feel less overwhelmed by the past and more grounded in the present
